Wellness Workshop offered by the Mind at Peace Centre and the Restigouche Resilience Committee. Laughter yoga is a mix of laughter exercises and deep breathing as an activity that we do as a group. It is proven that we get the same health benefits from an authentic laughter when we do laugh as an exercise.
